By accessing or using MindTune ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. MindTune（以下「本サービス」）にアクセスまたは利用することにより、お客様は本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意されない場合、本サービスをご利用いただけません。

You may cancel your subscription at any time. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Mental health outcomes or decisions based on the Service • Emotional distress or psychological harm • Inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations • Third-party service failures or data breaches • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence • Content posted by other users in community features Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. IMPORTANT: This Service is for wellness purposes only. Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@y7technology.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
