By accessing or using Fitlog ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Fitlog is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition tracking application that provides: • Food recognition and nutritional analysis through AI technology • Body metrics tracking (weight, body fat, muscle mass, BMI, etc.) • Activity monitoring and calorie tracking • Personalized health and fitness insights • Integration with health apps and smart devices

IMPORTANT: Fitlog is NOT a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Service provides general health and fitness information only and should not be considered medical advice. You should: • Consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, or fitness program • Seek immediate medical attention for any health concerns • Not rely solely on the Service for medical decisions • Understand that AI-generated nutritional data may contain inaccuracies

To use the Service, you must: • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly update any changes to your information • Not share your account with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to: • Use the Service only for lawful purposes • Provide accurate information when logging food, weight, and activities • Not upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service • Not use the Service to harm others or violate their rights • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Subscription Plans: • Fitlog may offer free and paid subscription tiers • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • Payment is processed through App Store or Google Play in-app purchases • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policies

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods • Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy • You may reactivate your subscription at any time Refund exceptions: • Technical issues preventing Service use (evaluated case-by-case) • Accidental duplicate charges • As required by applicable consumer protection laws

Service Content: • All content, features, and functionality of Fitlog are owned by Y7 Technology LLC • This includes software, algorithms, AI models, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission User Content: • You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, data, logs) • By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and analyze your data to provide Service features • We do not claim ownership of your personal health data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains: • What data we collect and why • How we use, store, and protect your data • Your rights regarding your personal information • Third-party integrations and data sharing • Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws Data Security: • We implement industry-standard security measures • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest • We conduct regular security audits • However, no system is 100% secure, and you use the Service at your own risk

Fitlog may integrate with third-party services and devices: • Apple Health, Google Fit, and other health platforms • Smart scales and fitness trackers • App Store and Google Play for payment processing You acknowledge that: • Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies • We are not responsible for third-party service performance or data handling • Integration may be discontinued at any time • You authorize data exchange between Fitlog and connected services

We reserve the right to: • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service • Change features, functionality, or pricing with notice • Refuse service to anyone for any reason • Terminate accounts that violate these Terms Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service immediately ceases • We may delete your account and data after a reasonable retention period • You may request a data export before deletion (subject to technical feasibility)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Health outcomes or medical decisions based on the Service • Inaccuracies in AI-generated nutritional data • Third-party service failures or data breaches • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Y7 Technology LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use or misuse of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of third parties • Any health decisions made based on Service data • User content you upload or share

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@y7technology.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Arbitration (if applicable by jurisdiction): Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in Japan: • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court • Japanese consumer protection laws apply where applicable For users in the EU: • GDPR rights apply as specified in our Privacy Policy • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights For users in California: • CCPA rights apply as specified in our Privacy Policy

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective: • Immediately upon posting for non-material changes • 30 days after notice for material changes • Upon your continued use of the Service after changes We will notify you of material changes via: • Email to your registered address • In-app notification • Notice on our website Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
