By accessing or using Fitlog AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Fitlog AI（以下「本サービス」）にアクセスまたは利用することにより、お客様は本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意されない場合、本サービスをご利用いただけません。

Fitlog AI is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition tracking application that provides: • Food recognition and nutritional analysis through AI technology • Body metrics tracking (weight, body fat, muscle mass, BMI, etc.) • Activity monitoring and calorie tracking • Personalized health and fitness insights • Integration with health apps and smart devices Fitlog AIは、AI技術を活用したフィットネス・栄養追跡アプリケーションであり、以下の機能を提供します： • AI技術による食品認識と栄養分析 • 身体測定値の追跡（体重、体脂肪、筋肉量、BMIなど） • 活動量モニタリングとカロリー追跡 • パーソナライズされた健康・フィットネスに関する洞察 • ヘルスアプリおよびスマートデバイスとの連携

IMPORTANT: Fitlog AI is NOT a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Service provides general health and fitness information only and should not be considered medical advice. Subscription Plans: • Fitlog AI may offer free and paid subscription tiers • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • Payment is processed through App Store or Google Play in-app purchases • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policies サブスクリプションプラン： • Fitlog AIは無料および有料のサブスクリプション階層を提供する場合があります • サブスクリプション料金は月次または年次で前払いで請求されます • 価格は30日前の通知により変更される場合があります • 支払いはApp StoreまたはGoogle Playのアプリ内課金を通じて処理されます • すべての料金は、法律またはプラットフォームポリシーで義務付けられている場合を除き、返金不可です

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@y7technology.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
